Everything the company has actually decided this
year, written by the person who would have written it. Read it in order and you have the last
twelve months of Harbor & Field without anyone explaining anything.

The fleece is back on the site
Three colours, as before. The listing went down on Tuesday and it should not have.
Two changes from now on. If a conversation ends with something that sounds like a decision, the person who heard it writes it in the channel where it happened, in one line, naming who decided. If nobody can be named, it was not a decision.
Nobody is in trouble. Owen especially is not in trouble, and I would like that repeated, accurately, to anyone who asks.

Drop dates, six weeks, no exceptions
Building B needs the date six weeks out. Not the concept, the date.
Anything confirmed inside six weeks ships when it ships, and I will say so in the channel on the day rather than at eleven at night on the Thursday.

Eli finishes at the end of the year
Eli is leaving us in December. It is a good move for him and we are pleased for him, which is the polite half of this notice.
The other half: if there is anything you only know because Eli told you once, write it down and put it where the rest of us can find it. He is writing his handover. He cannot write down the things he does not know he knows.

Sizing chart, under review at last
Rosa and I are rewriting the chart. It was written in one afternoon in 2020 and has been load-bearing ever since.
Opinions welcome with evidence attached. Opinions without evidence will be listened to politely and then not used.

Whoever it was may tell me privately and it goes no further. I already know.

Thursday, half six, the meeting corner
Board games. Everyone, including the people who say they are bad at board games, who are usually the problem.
Building B counts as everyone. Vince, this means you.

Prices are not moving this year
The list stays as it is through both drops. If you are asked, the answer is that our prices are stable, which is true and also cheaper than a discount.
Any exception comes through me first, in writing, with the margin on it.

We publish the returns number
14.2 percent stays on the site. It was discussed and it stays.
Most of it is sizing. Pretending otherwise has not made it smaller, and the people who notice we publish it are the people who buy twice.

Owen Pike, marketing
Owen started this week. He is four months out of university and he asks the questions the rest of us stopped asking, so please answer them properly.

Two cups is a suggestion
Two paper cups per person is a suggestion, not a ration.
The first one is always abandoned. I am not restocking twice a week to fund a habit.
